With improved market fundamentals, the national overall vacancy rate for Industrial properties declined for the fourth consecutive quarter and ended 2011 with an overall vacancy rate of 10.0%, down 80 basis points from last year. Of the 69 industrial markets tracked by C&W and our Alliance Partners, 52 recorded year-over-year declines in vacancy.
